Preparing For Your Malaga Flight

There is nothing better than the excited feeling you get when you know you are heading out on holiday very soon. So if you have got to the stage of booking your flights to Malaga it pays to think about how you will keep busy during the flight as well.

Obviously you won’t be able to pack too much into your hand luggage because of size and weight restrictions. But you should still be able to pack one of your favourite books in there to read on the flight. Just make sure it isn’t a doorstep novel. Something smaller and lighter in reading would be ideal. You could even pack a book of short stories if you fancy some lighter reading.

Another thing you might want to pack is an eye mask. This is particularly handy if you have an early flight which means you won’t get a lot of sleep the night before. Once you are on the plane and settled into your seat you can put on the mask and catch up on some shut eye before you arrive in Malaga to start your holiday.

Going back to books for a moment, if you are travelling with your partner or your family it can be a good idea to pack a travel guide. Since you are limited in what you can do when you are on a plane, it can be useful to start planning what you will do when you reach your destination. It is a fun activity that reminds you your holiday has just begun.

Travel games are another must have item to pack away in your hand luggage. They are small in size and the pieces are often magnetic as well. In fact if you are going to buy some travel games to take with you on your Malaga flight, make sure they are magnetic versions. It makes life a lot easier if you happen to hit a pocket of turbulence – and it makes it easier to resume the game afterwards as well.

There are probably other things you can think of that you might want to pack and take with you on the plane as well. One of the most important ones is chewing gum or boiled sweets. If your ears are liable to pop on planes you will find these to be essential.

So, are you ready to board your flight yet?
